The Assistant Branch Manager assists with coordination of care & staffing function in accordance with state, federal, and local regulations.
Assist Branch Manager with scheduling agency patient visits. Provide staffing feedback to Branch Manager and DON when needed. Assess, plan and coordinate changes in patient care services. Assist with supplying needs of all clients of the agency. Assigns and verifies that all nurses, aides and other disciplines are in compliance with documentation and that the daily schedule is being followed. Report any deficiencies to the Branch Manager and the DON. Serve as assistant of quality assurance/quality improvement. Consult with all members of administration and professional staff on a regular basis to coordinate appropriate goal oriented, quality nursing and medical care. Assist in marketing agency programs through community in-services and presentations, announcements and interview whenever opportunity arises.
