Renew Home Health is currently seeking a results oriented Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our growing team. While overseeing the overall accounting process, the successful CFO will play a key role in developing and implementing procedures to improve and maintain the financial health of the company. The ideal candidate for this role is a well-rounded executive with 10+ years managing an accounting staff in the healthcare industry. 

Responsibilities

• Implement accounting control systems and oversee staff
• Direct preparation of periodic financial reports and external audit  
• Ensure accuracy of all financial reports and external billing
• Ensure compliance with the GAAP and agency’s policies

Qualifications

• Proven success as CFO, or relevant role in accrual environment 
• Significant knowledge of data analysis and presentation
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• BS in Accounting from major University; MBA/CPA is a plus
