We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Home Health Sales Representative to help expand our referral network and connect patients with high-quality home health services. This role is ideal for a sales professional who is passionate about healthcare, enjoys building professional relationships, and thrives in a results-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, case managers, rehabilitation facilities, assisted living communities, and other referral sources.
- Generate patient referrals for home health services.
- Educate healthcare professionals and community partners about our services and programs.
- Conduct regular in-person visits, presentations, and networking activities.
- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Track sales activities, referrals, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure excellent patient care and referral satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly growth goals.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
