What you’ll do as a Licensed Vocational Nurse
- Provide skilled LVN visits to patients in their homes throughout the Abilene area
- Administer medications and treatments, and provide wound care as ordered
- Monitor each patient’s condition and follow the physician’s plan of care under RN supervision
- Teach patients and families how to manage conditions and stay safe at home
- Report changes in patient status to the nursing team
- Document each visit accurately using our AI-assisted charting tools
What we’re looking for
- Active Texas LVN license in good standing
- At least one year of nursing experience (home health experience a plus)
- A valid Texas driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
- Strong clinical skills and dependability
- A caring, patient-first attitude
