What you’ll do as a Registered Nurse
- Provide skilled nursing visits to patients in their homes throughout the Fort Worth area
- Assess each patient’s condition and update their plan of care
- Administer medications and treatments, and provide wound care as ordered
- Teach patients and families how to manage conditions and stay safe at home
- Coordinate with therapists, aides, and physicians on each patient’s care
- Document each visit accurately using our AI-assisted charting tools
What we’re looking for
- Active Texas RN license in good standing
- At least one year of nursing experience (home health experience a plus)
- A valid Texas driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
- Strong assessment skills and sound clinical judgment
- A caring, patient-first attitude
