In this full-time role, you’ll carry out therapy treatments under the supervising physical therapist’s plan of care and support each patient’s recovery at home. What you’ll do as a Physical Therapist Assistant
- Provide skilled PTA visits in patients’ homes throughout the Fort Worth area
- Carry out therapy treatments under the supervising physical therapist’s plan of care
- Help patients build strength, mobility, balance, and independence
- Track patient progress and report changes to the supervising PT and care team
- Teach patients and families home exercises and safety strategies
- Document each visit accurately using our AI-assisted charting tools
What we’re looking for
- Active Texas Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in good standing
- Home health experience a plus
- A valid Texas driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
- Reliability and strong hands-on therapy skills
- A caring, patient-first attitude
